My Property Isn't Syncing With the Channel Manager
Learn what to check when your property information, bookings, availability, or pricing is not updating correctly through the Channel Manager.
On this page
If your property is not syncing with the Channel Manager, first check whether the OTA connection is active and whether the issue affects all information or only one item, such as pricing, availability, or bookings.
1. Check the connection status
Open the property in Homeyhuts and review its Channel Manager or Unified Calendar connection status. If the connection is pending or disconnected, complete the required setup or reconnect it before troubleshooting individual sync items.
2. Identify what is not syncing
Check whether the issue relates to bookings, availability, pricing, or listing details. If only one type of information is affected, follow the relevant troubleshooting steps for that item rather than changing the entire connection.
3. Check the correct listing is mapped
If the property has multiple rooms, units, or OTA listings, confirm that the correct Homeyhuts listing is connected to the corresponding OTA listing and room or rate plan.
4. Check for pending actions or errors
Review any connection messages or sync errors shown in Homeyhuts or the OTA extranet. Complete any required approvals or missing setup steps.
5. Test the update
After correcting the issue, make a small, safe test update where appropriate and check whether it appears on the connected OTA. Avoid changing live prices or availability in a way that could affect guests.
6. Contact support if it continues
If the connection is active and the correct listing is mapped but information still does not sync, contact Homeyhuts Support with the property name, OTA, affected information, approximate time of the issue, and screenshots.
Tip: Start by confirming that the connection is active and the correct listing is mapped. Then troubleshoot the specific information that is not updating.
