My Property Isn't Live Yet — What Should I Check?

1 min readUpdated 15 Oct 2026Reviewed by Homeyhuts Editorial Team

Learn why your property may not be live on Homeyhuts and what information or setup steps you need to complete before publishing it.

If your property is not live on Homeyhuts, it is most likely because some required property information is still pending or your Channel Manager has not been connected, where required.

Before contacting support, review the following:

1. Check for Pending Property Information

Your property may not be live if some mandatory information is missing or incomplete.

  • Open your property in the Homeyhuts dashboard.
  • Review all property details and setup sections.
  • Check whether any required fields or information are pending.
  • Complete the missing details and save your changes.

Make sure the required property information has been provided correctly so your listing can proceed to the next stage.

2. Check Your Channel Manager Connection

If your property requires Channel Manager integration to go live, confirm that the connection has been completed successfully.

  • Open the Channel Manager section in your Homeyhuts dashboard.
  • Check whether your property is connected to the relevant booking platform or Channel Manager.
  • If the connection is pending, complete the required integration steps.
  • If the connection is already established, verify that the property setup is complete.

3. Recheck Your Property Status

Once you have completed the pending information and any required Channel Manager connection, return to your property dashboard and check its current status.

If the property is still not live, note any pending requirements or error messages displayed in the dashboard.

When Should You Contact Homeyhuts Support?

If all required information has been submitted, your Channel Manager is connected where required, and your property is still not live, contact Homeyhuts Support. Share your property name and a screenshot of the status or any pending message so the team can investigate.

Tip: Start by checking for incomplete property information and the Channel Manager connection. These are the first things to verify when your property is not live on Homeyhuts.
