My Booking Isn't Showing in Homeyhuts

1 min readUpdated 15 Oct 2026Reviewed by Homeyhuts Editorial Team

Find out what to check when a reservation made on a booking platform does not appear in Homeyhuts.

On this page
  1. 1. Confirm the booking on the OTA
  2. 2. Check the connection
  3. 3. Verify the listing mapping
  4. 4. Check the booking dates and status
  5. 5. Avoid creating a duplicate booking too soon
  6. 6. Contact support

If a booking made on an OTA is not showing in Homeyhuts, check the connection status, the dates and listing involved, and whether the booking appears in the OTA's own reservation records.

1. Confirm the booking on the OTA

Open the OTA extranet and check whether the reservation is confirmed, cancelled, or still pending. Note the reservation ID, guest dates, and listing name.

2. Check the connection

In Homeyhuts, confirm that the relevant OTA connection is active. A disconnected or incomplete connection may prevent reservation information from reaching Homeyhuts.

3. Verify the listing mapping

Make sure the OTA listing and room or unit associated with the booking are mapped to the correct Homeyhuts property. This is especially important if you manage multiple units or similar property names.

4. Check the booking dates and status

Search using the exact stay dates and review whether the reservation may be listed under a different status. Also check whether the reservation was modified or cancelled on the OTA.

5. Avoid creating a duplicate booking too soon

Do not manually add the reservation simply because it is not visible yet. First verify the OTA record and connection, so you do not accidentally create duplicate calendar blocks or booking records.

6. Contact support

If the reservation is confirmed on the OTA but is still missing in Homeyhuts, share the OTA name, reservation ID, property name, stay dates, and screenshots with Homeyhuts Support.

Tip: Use the OTA reservation ID and exact stay dates when reporting a missing booking; these details help support investigate the issue.
