My Availability Isn't Syncing
Learn what to check when availability in Homeyhuts does not appear to match the availability shown on a connected OTA. Availability mismatches can happen for several reasons, including delayed updates, manual changes, incorrect mapping, restrictions, or a problem with the channel connection.
Step 1: Check the Homeyhuts Calendar
Confirm whether the date is actually available or blocked in Homeyhuts.
Step 2: Check for Existing Bookings
Look for Homeyhuts, OTA, offline or manual bookings that may be occupying the date.
Step 3: Check Restrictions
Minimum stay, maximum stay, advance notice and other booking rules can make a date effectively unbookable even when it is not blocked.
Step 4: Check Magic Cluster
If the property uses Magic Cluster, confirm that the Parent and Child Listings are correctly mapped and that the inventory relationship is still correct.
Step 5: Refresh OTA Data
Use the Unified Calendar refresh option to fetch the latest OTA information where available.
Step 6: Check the Channel Connection
If the problem continues, review the channel integration and connection status.
What You Should Avoid
Do not repeatedly make conflicting changes directly on different OTA extranets while trying to resolve the issue. This can make troubleshooting more difficult.
Tip
When reporting a sync issue, provide the property, OTA, affected dates and the availability shown on each side. This makes it much easier to identify the source of the mismatch.
