How to Update Pricing Directly From the Unified Calendar
Learn how to change your property's pricing directly from the Homeyhuts Unified Calendar and apply rates to selected dates without manually updating every date. The Unified Calendar makes it easier to manage pricing alongside availability and bookings.
How to Update Pricing
- Open the Homeyhuts Host Control Centre.
- Go to the Unified Calendar.
- Select the relevant property.
- Select the date or date range.
- Enter the new rate.
- Review the updated price.
- Save the change.
If your property is connected to the Homeyhuts Channel Manager, the updated rate is synchronized with the connected OTAs.
Before Changing Pricing
Consider:
- Current occupancy.
- Upcoming demand.
- Weekday versus weekend demand.
- Festivals and local events.
- Competitor rates.
- Existing promotions and discounts.
- Your target revenue.
Example
If your normal weekday rate is ₹4,000 but demand is expected to be stronger for an upcoming festival, you can select the festival dates and set a higher rate without changing the rest of your calendar.
Tip
Use date-specific pricing rather than maintaining one fixed rate throughout the year. This gives you more control over both occupancy and revenue.
