How to Change Your Pricing

1 min readUpdated 14 Oct 2026Reviewed by Homeyhuts Editorial Team

Learn how to quickly update your property’s pricing directly from the Homeyhuts Calendar and keep your rates aligned with demand, seasonality, and your hosting strategy.

How to Update Your Pricing

You can easily change your property’s rates directly from the Homeyhuts Calendar without having to update each date separately.

  1. Log in to your Homeyhuts account and open the Host Dashboard.
  2. Go to the Calendar section.
  3. Select the property for which you want to update the pricing.
  4. Select the date or date range for which you want to change the price.
  5. Enter the new price/rate for the selected dates.
  6. Review the updated rate and save the changes.

The new pricing will be reflected on your Homeyhuts listing.

If your property is connected to other booking platforms through the Homeyhuts Channel Manager, the updated rates will also be synced with the connected OTAs.

Before Updating Your Pricing

Before changing your rates, consider:

  • Current occupancy – Increase rates when your property is filling up quickly.
  • Upcoming demand – Adjust prices based on expected demand.
  • Weekday vs. weekend demand – Consider keeping different rates for weekdays and weekends.
  • Seasonality – Update rates during peak and off-season periods.
  • Local events and holidays – Increase rates when demand is expected to be higher.
  • Competitor pricing – Check what similar properties in your area are charging.
  • Active discounts or promotions – Make sure you understand how promotions may affect your final selling price.

Pricing Tip

Avoid keeping the same price throughout the year. A flexible pricing strategy can help you maximise both occupancy and revenue.

Review your rates regularly and adjust them based on demand, season, occupancy, booking patterns, and local market conditions.

Note: If your property is connected to OTAs through the Homeyhuts Channel Manager, always verify the updated rates after making a change to ensure they have synced correctly across your connected channels.
