Before Applying Flexi Pricing
Decide:
- Which properties should be included.
- Which dates should be changed.
- Whether the same percentage adjustment makes sense for all selected properties.
- Whether the properties have similar demand patterns.
- Whether existing promotions affect the final guest price.
How to Apply the Adjustment
1. Open the Homeyhuts pricing/calendar section.
2. Select the properties or listings that need the change.
3. Select the relevant dates or period.
4. Choose the Flexi Pricing option.
5. Enter the percentage increase or decrease.
