What is Entire Place Mode?

If you manage both an Entire Property listing and individual room or unit listings, there may be times when you want to rent the entire property to a single group instead of accepting separate room bookings.

Entire Place Mode allows you to do exactly that.

When enabled:

• Only your Parent Property remains available for booking.
• All connected Child Listings are automatically blocked for the selected dates.
• Once the selected dates end, your Child Listings automatically become available again.

This allows you to switch between selling your entire property and individual rooms without changing your regular setup or manually updating multiple calendars.

Note: Entire Place Mode works only for properties that already have a Magic Cluster configured.

When Should You Use Entire Place Mode?

Entire Place Mode is ideal when you want to prioritise full-property bookings, such as:

• Long weekends
• Festivals and public holidays
• Wedding or family events
• Corporate group bookings
• Peak tourist seasons
• Private events where the entire property is reserved

Instead of manually blocking every room listing, Homeyhuts handles everything automatically.

How It Works

Suppose you own a 5-bedroom villa with:

• 1 Entire Villa listing (Parent Property)
• 5 Individual Room listings (Child Listings)

Normally, guests can book either the complete villa or individual rooms.

When you activate Entire Place Mode:

• The Entire Villa listing remains open.
• All five room listings are automatically blocked.
• Guests can only book the complete villa during the selected dates.
• Once the schedule ends, all room listings automatically reopen.

No manual calendar updates are required.

How to Activate Entire Place Mode

Follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Open Magic Cluster

1. Log in to your Homeyhuts account.
2. Open Host Control Center.
3. Go to Manage Property.
4. Select Magic Cluster.

Step 2: Select Your Cluster

Choose the Magic Cluster for which you want to enable Entire Place Mode.

Step 3: Activate Entire Place Mode

1. Click Activate Entire Place Mode.
2. Review the Parent and Child Listings that will be affected.
3. Click Select Date.
4. Choose a single date or date range.
5. (Optional) Select specific days of the week.
6. (Optional) Add a reason for future reference.
7. Click Activate.

Your Entire Place Mode is now scheduled and active.

Viewing & Managing Entire Place Mode

You can manage all your scheduled Entire Place Modes at any time.

Simply:

1. Open Magic Cluster.
2. Select your cluster.
3. Click View All.

From here, you can:

• View all active and upcoming schedules
• Edit dates or selected days
• Delete schedules that are no longer required

Verify Your Schedule

You can easily verify your Entire Place Mode from the Unified Calendar.

When Entire Place Mode is active:

• The Parent Property remains available.
• Child Listings are automatically blocked.
• Active dates are highlighted.
• Use the Entire Mode filter to quickly identify scheduled properties.
