- In cases where the property owner is different from the operator, a notarized No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the owner is required.

- Visit the Goa Government Portal: Use your email address and mobile number to create an account on the Goa Government portal.

Displaying Your Registration Certificate Number
Once registered, you must display your registration certificate number prominently in your listing. Failure to do so may result in penalties, including the removal of your listing by the authorities.
Mandatory Reporting of Tourist Data
In compliance with the Goa Rules, you are required to submit monthly statistics of the tourists staying at your property. These statistics must be submitted in Form XI via electronic mode by the 5th of the following month. A processing fee is applicable for this submission.
