How to Add or Remove Amenities
Keep your listing's amenity information accurate whenever facilities are added, removed or become unavailable.
Amenities help guests decide whether a property is suitable for their trip. Incorrect amenity information can create unrealistic expectations.
To update amenities:
1. Open the relevant property.
2. Go to the property/listing details.
3. Review the current amenities.
4. Add newly available amenities.
5. Remove amenities that are no longer available.
6. Save the changes.
7. Review the listing after updating.
- Before adding an amenity, confirm:
- It is actually available.
- Guests can use it under normal conditions.
- Any additional charge is clearly communicated.
- Any restrictions are explained.
- The amenity is safe.
If an important amenity becomes temporarily unavailable, update the listing or communicate the limitation as appropriate rather than continuing to advertise it without clarification.
