Entire Place Mode vs Regular Magic Cluster Availability
Understand the difference between normal Magic Cluster availability and Entire Place Mode, and learn when each setup should be used.
Regular Magic Cluster Availability
Under normal Magic Cluster operation, you can sell your property in different configurations.
For example, guests may be able to book:
- Individual rooms.
- Room combinations.
- The entire property.
The listings remain connected so bookings update the related inventory.
Entire Place Mode
Entire Place Mode temporarily changes how the cluster is sold.
When Entire Place Mode is active:
- The Parent / Entire Property listing remains available.
- Child / room listings are automatically paused or blocked for the selected dates.
- Guests can book only the entire property.
- Normal room-level selling resumes after the scheduled period ends.
When Should You Use Each?
Use regular Magic Cluster availability when you want flexibility to sell rooms and the entire property.
Use Entire Place Mode when you want to temporarily prioritise full-property bookings, such as during festivals, holidays, long weekends, weddings or other high-demand periods.
Example
Normal period:
Guests can book individual rooms.
Festival weekend:
Entire Place Mode is active, so only the complete villa can be booked.
After the festival:
The schedule ends and normal room-level selling resumes.
Tip
Entire Place Mode does not replace Magic Cluster. It works on top of an existing Magic Cluster setup.
