3. Financial Overview

The Financial Overview section provides a snapshot of your property's financial performance for the selected period.

Net Revenue

View the net revenue generated from bookings during the selected period.

Revenue is further divided into:

  • Stay: Revenue generated from the stay itself.
  • Upsell: Additional revenue generated through upselling.

Expenses

View the total expenses recorded during the selected period, along with the percentage of revenue they represent.

Net Operating Income

Understand the income remaining after deducting recorded expenses from net revenue.

Net Operating Income = Net Revenue − Expenses

You can also view the net operating income margin as a percentage.

Performance Comparison

Track percentage changes in revenue, expenses, and net operating income compared with the previous period.

This overview helps you understand how your property's financial performance is changing over time.

4. Today's Booking Summary

Stay updated on your property's daily guest activity with a quick overview of bookings.

The section includes:

  • Check-ins: Number of guests scheduled to check in today.
  • Check-outs: Number of guests scheduled to check out today.
  • Ongoing Stays: Number of stays currently in progress.
  • Arriving in Next 2 Days: Number of upcoming arrivals within the next two days.

This gives you a convenient way to monitor daily operations and prepare for upcoming guest arrivals.

5. Key Performance Metrics

The dashboard highlights three important metrics to help you understand your property's booking and revenue performance.

Occupancy

View the percentage of available nights that have been booked during the selected period.

The dashboard also displays the number of booked nights against the total available nights.

Net ADR (Average Daily Rate)

Understand the average net revenue earned per booked night.

This helps you track the average revenue generated from each booked night.

Net RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room/Night)

View the net revenue generated per available night.

This metric helps you understand how effectively your available inventory is generating revenue.

6. Booking Channel Insights

Understand where your bookings and revenue are coming from with the Where Bookings Come From section.

You can switch between two views:

  • Revenue: View the revenue contribution from each booking source.
  • Bookings: Compare the number of bookings received through different sources.

Information Available

For each booking source, you can view:

  • Bookings: Number of bookings received.
  • Nights: Total booked nights generated.
  • Share: Percentage contribution to the overall total.
  • Net ADR: Average net revenue per booked night.
  • Revenue: Total net revenue generated.

The visual breakdown helps you compare booking channels and understand their contribution to your business.

7. Expense Breakdown

The Where Money Goes section provides a category-wise breakdown of your recorded expenses.

Expense Categories

Expenses are organized into categories such as:

  • Staff and Salaries
  • Housekeeping and Cleaning

  • Utilities
  • Transport and Travel
  • Other Expenses

Information Available

Monthly Metrics

  • Revenue: Total revenue recorded for the month.
  • Expenses: Total expenses recorded for the month.
  • Net Operating Income: Revenue remaining after deducting expenses.
  • Margin: Net operating income as a percentage of revenue.

A financial trend chart compares revenue, expenses, and net operating income across months, helping you understand your property's financial patterns throughout the year.

The Occupancy Outlook provides a forward-looking view of your property's upcoming booking levels.

It helps you understand how much of your available inventory is booked in the coming weeks.

  • Nights Booked: Number of booked nights compared with total available nights.

Occupancy Indicators

The chart uses color-coded indicators to show weekly occupancy levels:

  • Under 25%: Weeks with occupancy below 25%.
