How to Modify Your Listing After It's Live
Once your property is live on Homeyhuts, you can update your listing anytime to keep it accurate and attractive for potential guests. Whether you want to refresh your photos, update your amenities, change your pricing, or revise your house rules, all these changes can be made directly from the Host Control Center.
Updating Your Live Listing
Keeping your listing updated helps guests make informed booking decisions and improves your property's overall appeal. We recommend reviewing your listing regularly, especially after adding new amenities, renovating your property, or updating your pricing strategy.
Step 1: Open the Host Control Center
Log in to your Homeyhuts account.
From your profile, navigate to the Host Control Center.
This is where you can manage all your properties and hosting settings.
Step 2: Select Your Property
Click on the Properties tab.
You'll see a list of all your properties.
Select the property you'd like to update.
Step 3: Open Update Listing
Once you've opened your property, click on Update Listing.
Here, you can edit different sections of your listing at any time.
Step 4: Make the Required Changes
You can update various details of your property, including:
- Property description
- Property photos
- Amenities
- Pricing
- House rules
Review each section carefully and make the necessary changes.
Step 5: Save Your Changes
After updating a section, click Save.
Repeat this for every section you've modified.
Your updates will be reflected once they have been successfully saved.

Simply open Update Listing, upload the new photos, add the swimming pool under amenities, update your property description, and save the changes. Guests will now see the latest version of your listing when browsing your property.
