What Is a Security Deposit?
A security deposit is a refundable amount collected before check-in to cover any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of the property's house rules during your stay.
The security deposit amount, refund conditions, and timeline will be communicated before your check-in.
For example:
"A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is required before check-in. The deposit will be refunded after the property inspection, subject to no damages or policy violations."
Paying the Security Deposit
The security deposit must be paid before check-in.
Once the payment is received, the transaction is recorded against your booking and your check-in can proceed as scheduled.
Please ensure the payment is completed before your arrival to avoid any delays.
During Your Stay
Guests are expected to follow the property's house rules throughout their stay.
If any damage, maintenance issue, or policy violation is reported during your stay, it may be documented and reviewed as part of the security deposit process.
