Your Bell Tent

Our bell tent is designed for guests who enjoy an outdoor-oriented stay.

• Sleeping: King-size bed for two guests; an extra mattress for one additional guest may be available at an extra charge.
• Furnishings: Bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, dressing unit with mirror, extra blankets and pillows, fan, and garbage bin.
• Ventilation: Roll-up tent windows.
• Not available: Attached bathroom, air conditioning, television, and private seating arrangement.

Shared Spaces and Outdoor Activities

Spread across approximately 50,000 square feet, the property features a garden, gazebo, patio seating, swings, hammocks, outdoor lighting, and a children's play area.

Guests can enjoy a shared library, card and board games, musical instruments, Bluetooth speakers, and outdoor games, including cricket, badminton, volleyball, basketball, bow and arrow, and darts. There is no separate indoor living room or guest kitchen.

Guest Access and Interaction

Guests can access their booked accommodation and shared outdoor facilities, subject to availability. Parking is available for approximately 8–10 cars, and room keys can be collected from reception.

• Check-in: From 1:00 PM.
• Check-out: Between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
• Wi-Fi: Available; confirm speed if required for remote work.
• Power and water: Generator backup and water supply are available.
• Safety: First-aid kit and CCTV in designated areas are available. Smart locks and alarm systems are not available.
• Mobile network: Jio is reported to work best, although coverage may vary.
• Road access: The final approximately 800 metres involve mildly off-road travel.
• Accessibility: The property is not wheelchair-friendly.
• Nature: Insects and small creatures may occasionally be present.
• Pets: Three dogs reside on the property. Confirm arrangements before bringing pets.
• Extra guests: Additional guests and mattresses may incur charges. Walk-in stays require prior confirmation.

• Leave footwear outside the rooms.
• Alcohol consumption is permitted.
