Bedrooms and Bathrooms

• The cob house suite features a king-size bed and a standard occupancy of three guests.
• Amenities include bedside tables and lamps, a wardrobe, dressing mirror, work desk, seating, electric kettle, extra blankets, pillows, and a laundry basket.
• Fans are provided; heaters may be available at an additional charge. Air conditioning and televisions are not available.
• Each cob house suite has a private patio.
• Attached bathrooms feature a shower, geyser, washbasin, mirror, exhaust fan, and jet spray.
• Basic toiletries, a hair dryer, and two bath towels are provided. Additional towels may be chargeable.
• Extra mattresses are available at an additional cost, subject to confirmation.

Shared Spaces and Entertainment

There is no separate indoor living room or guest kitchen. Guests can enjoy the shared library, card and board games, musical instruments, Bluetooth speakers, and outdoor seating areas.

The property features a garden with natural grass, gazebo, patio seating, swings, hammocks, outdoor lighting, and a children's play area. Outdoor games include cricket, badminton, volleyball, basketball, bow and arrow, and darts.

• Road access: The final approximately 800 metres involve mildly off-road travel.
• Accessibility: The property is not wheelchair-friendly.
• Nature: Insects and small creatures may occasionally be present.
• Pets: Three dogs live on the property. Confirm arrangements before bringing pets.
