The space

Living Room

Our living room is a comfortable place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. It features a sofa, air conditioning, a fan, and a TV, giving you a relaxing space to spend time with your family or group. Whether you want to watch television, catch up with your companions, or simply take a break, the living room offers a welcoming setting.

Bedrooms

The apartment has two bedrooms, both designed to provide a comfortable stay for families and groups.

- Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds.

- Air conditioning and fans are available in the bedrooms.

- Each bedroom has an attached bathroom.

- Bedside tables, wardrobes, a dressing unit with a mirror, and extra blankets and pillows are provided.

- A TV is available.

- Two extra mattresses can be arranged to accommodate additional guests, subject to the property's occupancy limit.

The apartment accommodates up to 8 guests, with a base occupancy of 4. Please confirm the sleeping arrangements for your group before booking.

Bathrooms

The apartment has two bathrooms, including attached bathrooms for both bedrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with showers, geysers for hot water, sinks with mirrors, exhaust fans, jet sprays, towels, toiletries, and garbage bins for your convenience.

Kitchen

The kitchen is accessible to guests and is suitable for preparing simple meals during your stay. It includes an induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, RO water purifier, electric kettle, rice cooker, crockery, cutlery, and induction-compatible cookware.

Regular cookware is available on demand. A toaster, mixer/grinder, and rice cooker are shared facilities for four flats, so availability may vary.

Outside food is permitted, and you can conveniently order meals through Swiggy or Zomato. Please note that non-vegetarian food can be ordered from outside, but cooking non-vegetarian food in the apartment is not permitted.

Balcony

The apartment has a balcony where guests may smoke. It also offers a spot to step outside and enjoy the city surroundings.

- Kitchen essentials: An induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, RO water purifier, kettle, and essential kitchen items are provided.

- Parking: Space for approximately 6–8 cars, subject to availability.

- Caretaker: A caretaker is available to assist with property-related requirements.

There is no swimming pool, bonfire facility, barbecue setup, or indoor or outdoor games equipment at the property.

Guest access

Guests have access to the 2BHK apartment, including both bedrooms, the living room, all three bathrooms, the kitchen, and the balcony.

Guests can use the available kitchen appliances and amenities during their stay. Certain kitchen appliances, including the toaster, mixer/grinder, and rice cooker, are shared among four flats.

Parking is available at the property, subject to availability. Please coordinate with the host or caretaker for any access-related instructions and assistance during check-in.

House Rules

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please follow these house rules:

- Check-in: 12:00 PM.

- Check-out: 9:00 AM.

- Maximum occupancy: 8 guests.

- Security deposit: ₹1,000.

- Smoking: Permitted on the balcony only. Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.

- Alcohol: Permitted, provided guests consume it responsibly and respect the property and other occupants.

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

- Pets: Not allowed.

- Visitors: Outside visitors are not permitted.

- Cooking: Non-vegetarian food cannot be cooked in the apartment. Outside food and food deliveries are permitted.

- Kitchen use: Please clean up after using the kitchen and return shared appliances to their designated places.

- Property care: Please handle furniture, appliances, and other facilities responsibly.

- Accessibility: Guests requiring wheelchair access should confirm the specific arrangements before arrival.

Stag male and female groups, unmarried couples, and families with children are welcome, subject to applicable identification requirements and the property's rules.
