House rules 1. Our home is for family, and unmarried couples are not allowed, pls 3. Guest's visitors are strictly not allowed. In case of any unauthorized guest/ visitor etc., the permission of host must be taken in advance. 4. Private parties/gathering/ events are strictly not allowed in Airbnb. 5. Smoking inside the house is strictly not allowed. Eating should be limited to the kitchen or dining area only. Eating inside bedrooms is strictly not allowed. 7. During stay, cleaning of kitchen and used dishes/utensils is responsibility of guest. If required, our part time maid may be hired on a payment basis and must be supervised by the guest. 8. All ACs, fans, TV and lights must be off before leaving house for outside visits or checking out 9. Garbage must be kept in trash bin available in the kitchen. 10. Please follow the checkout time.
