Entire 3BHK Villa with Separate Entries & Full Access (Ground Floor+ First Floor)

Book the full 3BHK villa including the ground floor (2BHK) and the first floor (1BHK). Each floor has its own entrance, making it a great choice for large families or groups who want both space and privacy.

The Space

2BHK Ground floor: 

Step inside to find a clean and practical setup. We have two queen-sized bedrooms; both located on the ground floor. Each room is fitted with AC, ceiling fans, and essential furniture like wardrobes, work desks, and seating—ideal whether you’re catching up on a book or hanging out with loved ones.

Note the point}- Each room has its own separate entry.

1BHK First floor:

Step inside to find a clean, thoughtfully laid-out 1BHK. The bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed and separate bed space where one guest can accommodate, comes with ceiling fan, and essential furnishings like a wardrobe and a work desk—comfortable whether you’re hanging out with loved ones or unwinding with a book.

The open-layout living area features a sofa-cum-bed that can accommodate extra guests, along with a compact kitchenette equipped for basic cooking needs.

Note the point}- Entry to the room is separate from outside the villa

Washrooms:

The attached bathrooms in all the 3 rooms are equipped with geysers, exhaust fans, showers, and dispenser-based toiletries including shampoo, handwash, and body wash. You’ll also find bath and hand towels, hair dryers, and all the little things to freshen up after a day out.

Kitchen

The villa has seating areas where guests can sit and spend time together.

Meals are also available as per menu.

Outdoor Area

The outdoor swing is where most of our guests find themselves spending their mornings and evenings. It’s perfect for playing with your pet, reading in the shade, or just lying back to listen to the breeze.

If you’re in the mood for a rustic night, bonfire setup is available at ₹500 for 25kg wood. It’s a simple joy, especially when paired with good company and a few stories under the stars.

Note the point} This outdoor area is a shared space so you can expect other guests as well.

• Power backup: The property is supported by an inverter, ensuring your stay is not interrupted.
• Private parking is available for guests.
• We also offer space for helpers or drivers, available at ₹1000 per day.
• Extra guests can be accommodated at an extra charge.
• Board games are stocked for those relaxed indoor afternoons.

• Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
• Alcohol consumption is permitted.
• Non-veg food is allowed on the premises.
• Please note there is no WiFi, TV, or washing machine—this space is more about unplugging than streaming.
• Not wheelchair-friendly, and there are no CCTV cameras on the property.
• We have a fire extinguisher and first-aid kit available for emergencies.
• Mobile networks: Connectivity is decent—Jio and Airtel work best here.

Guest Access & Host Interaction

You’ll have complete access to both bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and shared garden. Our on-site caretaker is available for any assistance, while your privacy will be respected throughout.
